Talking about relaxing on a holiday, most people would think of "Spa". Yesterday, me and my aunt had booked the time for our massage. Novotel Phuket Resort' spa is located next to the pool, but don't worry ... the spa area is not as crowded as you think it might be.

The lady at the spa told me that there is a packages called "Special Spa Packages BUY1 GET1" ; there are 4 types of massage for you to choose. This package is very popular among people who travel as couple. Just pay the price for one, you would get another one for free. However, the lady had recommended us to take the latest coffee scrubs with treatments, saying that because of summer time, we need to scrubs off some death skin and treat it with special treatments.
The lady led us to this beautiful "Sukothai" room. Starting with body oiled massage, then we have to take one shower to clean out all the oil, followed with body scrubs. I really love this unique "coffee scrubs" because of its aroma ,and it also doesn't burn you skin like most scrubs would do. Then, we have to take another shower to wash those scrubs off ; and finished up by applying "Vitamin E treatment" all over our body.

My skin was really soft and a bit "sparkle" like Edward from Twilight ... Do I really have to stay out from the sun for the rest of my life like him? ... I have to say that I really feel impressed by this "coffee scrubs", and would like to recommend it to all of you to try. After the spa hour, me and my aunt took a walk around the area and found out that there are plenty more activities at the hotel for you to enjoy.

I was waking so early that day with intention to see the sunrise at Patong beach, and then again the fact the smoke from Indonesia was still covered the area hits me. So I went back to sleep for another few hours then decided to take a walk along the beach.
